Greetings,

 

My name is Anthony Desir and I am your current Assistant District IV Director of NJ and I would like to first thank the brothers of NJAAPAC in believing in me and giving me the opportunity to be their voice and advocate on their behalf. As you may know I am a Fall 2015 initiate of the Iota Rho Chapter and I believe we as a state have the necessary tools to be great. When I decided to run for this position it was after my time at the 2016 Alpha Leadership Academy (Tau Class) where I learned various skills and leadership quality that prepared me to take on this role. I want to do something similar that mirrors the Academy for my state and I came up with the Alpha B.E.S.T (Building Essential Skills for Tomorrow). Where we will focus on Branding, Networking, Leadership skills, Chapter Operations, and most importantly Brotherhood.
